Great day, awesome happenings. It’s that day again, when the flock comes into the presence of their shepherd with praises/ thanksgiving.
But before that, Pastor Jeffery comes up to lead us in prayers. He asked the church to give God thanks for salvation of souls, provision
among other things that a man should be grateful for. “Pray for your faith this morning, that it won’t fail you”, he said. The expectation
of God’s people was made known to Him.
Common, celebrate Jesus! He said leaving the alter to give room to the Crystal Sound who came up to usher us into the worship of our
God. Songs of worship were chorused, one of which was “search and search through all the earth” and the church joined along in singing.
Lost in His worship. Praise songs followed suit, with the whole congregation dancing gracefully like king David did. This is sure to leave
an onlooker wondering, “the God they serve must be truly mighty.”
The Atmosphere was well setup for worship songs after praise. The worship team leader asked us to worship God with the fruit of our lips
and with hands raised high, the song “Almighty God” was sung. Nothing seemed to matter anymore as every congregant remained
focused on pleasing God with worship songs as led by the Crystal Sound.
Mama mounted the alter to bring worship to a close. “In Jesus name we worship”, she said. The church was led to talk to God according
to our promises. She told us to bring God’s word back to Him. After this, Mama asked the best choir on this side of heaven up the alter.
“I want you to clap your hands for God as we welcome the ministry of the Crystal Sound” using her words.
They gave a rendition of the song “Never be the same”. It was exceptional. Very electrifying performance, they were highly commended
with a standing ovation. The climax of their ministration came when the part with lyrics “I hear the chains falling” was sang, it got almost
all the congregants on their feet who joined along in singing.
“If truly the chains are falling I expect you to make a joyful noise” Pastor Wale said as he took possession of the alter.
For a church known for joyful noise making, we didn’t disappoint. “Whatever came into this place with you that is not of God drops
today in Jesus name”, he prayed. Hands were joined and we prayed in the spirit on his lead. Prayers were rounded-off and he asked us to
sit majestically and welcome those sited beside us as he prepared to bring God’s word to the church titled STOP THE FEAR.
Using the bible texts, Mark 5 : 22 - 31 and 35 - 42.
God wants you to successful and to live in victory.
Fear is a destructive element that can mess-up your faith if allowed to grow.
Fear is a monstrous element that move us from the realm of faith to the realm of doubt.
There is not a friend like Jesus.
Where do you go to when you have problems?
Be not afraid, only believe.
Jesus said to Jairus, stop the fear! Because God cannot work in and atmosphere of fear.
Continue to believe.
Say this words to your self:
> Everything is working in my life.
> Favor to my head
> Increase to my hand.
> Speed to my feet.
> I have abundance.
> I have no lack.
Don’t quit because of what the situation says.
If you started with your faith, hold on to it.
Faith always delivers.
If Jarius didn’t believe his daughter would have died.
Stop fear because it will bring doubt and unbelief which will make you lose God’s plan for your life because the doubtful cannot receive from God.
Fear is a spiritual connector, it’ll connect you to the object of your fear.
Jesus has robbed the world of the power to harm you. Isaiah 54:17
