Highlights Of The Sermon
90% of church folks are ungrateful. The story of the 10 lepers sufficed here as an example. Emphasis on the one that turned back to

Pastor reminded us what the day is: super-extraordinary thanksgiving day. In recognition of God’s protection over the Father’s House mission team on July 8 on their way to
Ibariba, kwara state. When they had an accident; head-on collision with a trailer carrying cows 8 of which died. Father’s House lost no
one. Pastor Wale invited the mission team up the alter to share the testimony which left most of the church amazed.
The expression on people’s faces read; awesome wonder! Injuries ranging from ruptured intestines, broken pelvic bone, injured eyes, broken neck bone including one with no obvious injuries
but would not stop shouting and others who escaped with no injuries. In Pastor’s words: “but for God’s grace we would have lost them”.
We all went on our kneels on Pastor Wale’s request in adoration to God for His protection on the Father’s House. The Crystal Sound
worship team got us singing ♫Oba awon oba, kabiyesi, only you can do this thing . . .
Thank you Jesus; was said by all on Pastor’s lead accompanied by prayer of thanks. All rose and applauded God as the Senior Pastor
rounded off the prayer and left the alter.
Pastor Adeolu led the saints in more thanks to God with our tithes and offerings accompanied by singing and dancing. Gratefulness
of God was evident in how the whole congregation danced. Minutes into the thanksgiving, we all were literally “getting high” on the
Most High because His spirit filled the house, truly God inhabits the praises of His people. Joyful noise which seemed like never
stopping filled the house even when the praise team leader rounded off, left the alter to be mounted again by Pastor Wale.
“We are the one leper that returned for giving thanks to God”, Pastor Wale’s words.
Prayer by Pastor Wale on the congregation including but not limited to the following: wholeness, long life, deliverance, overflow in all aspects of human life.
Announcement was brought to the church by Pastor Akintola.
The first timers were welcomed to the Father’s House by a song composed specially for them.
Pastor Leye brought the service to an end by leading the people to say the closing charge.
Every life was blessed as we walked out of the auditorium.
This is a Sunday never to be forgotten easily.
